# Overview

The Code Manager is a plugin that allows WordPress users to write, test and deploy PHP, JavaScript, CSS and HTML code blocks from the dashboard. The plugin was originally written as an add-on for WP Data Access to help users to simplify project and publication styling and add programming features to create more advanced and professional WordPress apps. When the Code Manager turned out to be a very useful plugin on its own, it was further development as a stand alone plugin.
